We went to Kevin Wilson (CENTURY 21), whom had spoken to the seller about this contract previously. The seller had gone to him a few days before and discussed the contract with him. I believe the seller was becoming frustrated with (another Realtor) at this point. Mr. Wilson advised the Seller on some of the items on the contract. I suggested that I would like for Mr. Wilson to handle the negotitations from this point forward with the seller. Once Mr. Wilson got involved the contract was agreed to by both parties and signed that day by both parties. It was finally over. All we needed was someone with some integrity to handle the negotiations between both parties. Lisa M.

Dear CENTURY 21, Brandon and I wanted to thank you so much for all your hard work and the patience you showed during the purchase of our new home. Things were not easy but you made us feel at ease.
